AN ACT EXCLUDING FUEL FOR HOME POWER GENERATORS FROM THE GROSS RECEIPTS TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that a petroleum product delivered to a residential address and intended for use in a power generator at such residence shall not be subject to the petroleum product gross receipts tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that a petroleum product delivered to a residential address and intended for use in a power generator at such residence shall not be subject to the petroleum product gross receipts tax.
