AN ACT CONCERNING THE MOTOR VEHICLE FUELS TAX AND THE PETROLEUM PRODUCTS GROSS EARNINGS TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapters 221 and 227 of the general statutes be combined and a flat per-gallon tax be levied.
