Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to add a definition of "autocycle", to allow registration of autocycles as passenger cars, and exempt autocycles from certain requirements imposed on motorcycles.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow registration of three-wheeled enclosed vehicles that have been certified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration as motorcycles and meet the new definition of "autocycle".
