AN ACT CONCERNING EDUCATIONAL REFORMS AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to reform the state education system to recognize and accommodate issues relating to students with limited English proficiency in the areas of student assessment requirements, alternative student assessments, educator certification and any other relevant area.
Statement of Purpose:
To address educational issues relating to English language learners.
