AN ACT EXTENDING THE GRACE PERIOD FOR CERTAIN LICENSE APPLICATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 21a-10 of the general statutes be amended to provide that a license for which an application is filed within six months of the expiration date of such license shall not expire until the next expiration date.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide regulatory relief to individuals and small businesses by extending the grace period for certain license applications.
