AN ACT CONCERNING STATE AGENCY REPORTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. Section 11-4a of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective October 1, 2010):

Each commission, task force or committee appointed by the Governor or the General Assembly, or both, and required to report its findings and recommendations, and each state agency which submits a report to the General Assembly or any committee of the General Assembly, shall submit its report to the clerks of the Senate and the House of Representatives, and shall file one copy with the State Librarian [as many copies of such report as the commission, task force, committee or agency and the librarian jointly deem appropriate,] and one copy with the Office of Legislative Research.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
