AN ACT CONCERNING COMMERCIAL FISHING LETTERS OF ENDORSEMENT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to authorize the passing of commercial fishing letters of endorsement to heirs who have a record of participating in the commercial fishing industry.

Statement of Purpose:

To encourage family members to continue to engage in the commercial fishing industry.
