AN ACT DELAYING REVALUATION FOR THE TOWN OF ORANGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 12-62 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the town of Orange to postpone revaluation until 2013, provided a majority of the town's legislative body approves such postponement.

Statement of Purpose:

To authorize the town of Orange to postpone revaluation until 2013.
