AN ACT CONCERNING THE REJECTION OF ARBITRATION AWARDS.

Statement of Purpose:
To provide that when arbitration awards are rejected by the legislative body of a municipality, the parties shall continue to negotiate rather than submitting to mandatory binding arbitration.
