AN ACT CONCERNING PARTNERSHIPS FOR THE DELIVERY OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2013) The Department of Economic and Community Development shall, within available appropriations, develop and administer an outreach and training program to educate local nonprofits, chambers of commerce and other organizations regarding the programs and services offered by the Department of Economic and Community Development and the application processes associated with such programs and services.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
