AN ACT CONCERNING AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 9 OF THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE CONCERNING SECURED TRANSACTIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That Article 9 of title 42a of the general statutes concerning secured transactions be amended to incorporate the amendments to Uniform Commercial Code Article 9 approved by the National Conference of Law Commissioners on Uniform State Laws in 2010.

Statement of Purpose:

To adopt the 2010 amendments to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code concerning secured transactions approved by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws.
