AN ACT CONCERNING MANDATES REQUIRED UNDER THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal all statutes implementing health care mandates required under the Affordable Care Act.
Statement of Purpose:
