AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR BREAST THERMOGRAPHY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require health insurance coverage for breast thermography performed once every three years for women over twenty-five years of age.

Statement of Purpose:

To require health insurance coverage for breast thermography performed once every three years for women over twenty-five years of age.
