AN ACT CONCERNING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS AND INTERIOR DAMAGE TO UNITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to hold harmless condominium associations for damage done to the interior of a condominium unit.
Statement of Purpose:
