AN ACT EXEMPTING SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS FROM STATE INCOME TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to exempt Social Security benefits from state income tax.
