AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SEARCHABLE DATABASE OF CONVICTED ANIMAL ABUSERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to establish a searchable database of animal abusers that can be accessed by law enforcement officials and the public.

Statement of Purpose:

To create a searchable database of convicted animal abusers.
