AN ACT REQUIRING THE LICENSURE OF PERSONS WHO OPERATE RENTAL BOATS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require any person who operates a rental boat to be licensed.
