AN ACT CONCERNING RETAIL GASOLINE REWARDS PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2013) (a) No person shall offer a retail gasoline rewards program to the public with an expiration date of less than ninety days on program points awarded to a customer under such program.
(b) A violation of subsection (a) of this section shall be deemed an unfair or deceptive trade practice under subsection (a) of section 42-110b of the general statutes.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||
