AN ACT CONCERNING THE CENTRALIZED VOTER REGISTRATION SYSTEM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 143 of the general statutes be amended to require that the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to elections shall, in consultation with the State Elections Enforcement Commission and the Secretary of the State, modernize the state-wide centralized voter registration system in order to produce a system with less voter fraud and fewer errors in voter data.
