AN ACT LIMITING INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 9-612 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the amount an individual may contribute in any one calendar year to the state central committee of any party from ten thousand dollars to five thousand dollars.

Statement of Purpose:

To reduce the amount an individual may contribute annually to a state central committee.
