AN ACT CONCERNING THE REDEMPTION OF SCRAP METAL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require that any person who redeems scrap metal be required to disclose where such person obtained such scrap metal.

Statement of Purpose:

To require the disclosure of where redeemed scrap metal comes from.
