AN ACT CONCERNING THE WAIVER OF FINES FOR FISHING WITHOUT A LICENSE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to provide for the waiver of any fine for fishing without a license whenever such person produces evidence that he or she has subsequently purchased a resident or all waters fishing license.

Statement of Purpose:

To encourage persons to obtain a fishing license.
