AN ACT EXPANDING THE USE OF BIODIESEL AND RENEWABLE FUELS BY CONNECTICUT RESIDENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to expand the use of biodiesel and renewable fuels by residents of this state.

Statement of Purpose:

To encourage the use of biodiesel and renewable fuels by residents.
