AN ACT CONCERNING REEVALUATION OF THE AMOUNT OF MEDICAL AND PRESCRIPTION DRUG COPAYS PAID BY STATE EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a reevaluation of the amount of medical and prescription drug copays paid by state employees and retirees under state employee health care plans and to revise such amounts to conform to industry standards.
Statement of Purpose:
To review current copayment amounts paid by state employees under state employee health care plans.
