AN ACT CONCERNING GREENHOUSE GASES PRODUCED BY RESIDENTIAL, STATE AND MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a reduction in the greenhouse gases produced by residential, state and municipal buildings by requiring retrofit insulation of older housing stock and municipal and state buildings.
