AN ACT ALLOWING BUSINESSES THREE ATTEMPTS TO COMPLY WITH STATE REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide businesses with three attempts to comply with state regulations before any fine or penalty is assessed.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote businesses by providing "three strikes" to comply with state regulations.
