AN ACT CONCERNING THE WATER UTILITY COORDINATING COMMITTEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to include chief elected officials of municipalities or their designees and representatives of environmental groups on the membership of Water Utility Coordinating Committees and provide such new members with voting power.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure a broad base of participation on Water Utility Coordinating Committees.
