AN ACT CONCERNING CAMPAIGN CONSULTANTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require campaign consultants to file disclosure statements concerning campaign spending.

Statement of Purpose:

To ensure proper disclosure and transparency of taxpayer-funded campaign spending.
