AN ACT TO CREATE JOBS BY ENHANCING CONNECTICUT'S CORPORATE AND SECURITIES LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to update and enhance Connecticut's corporate and securities laws to make Connecticut a more attractive place to incorporate and adjudicate business disputes.
Statement of Purpose:
To create jobs by making Connecticut a more attractive place to incorporate and adjudicate business disputes.
