AN ACT CONCERNING MAXIMIZING FEDERAL FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) require the Office of Policy and Management, in consultation with the legislative Office of Fiscal Analysis, to prepare a plan to maximize federal revenues, and (2) require that all state agencies annually assess what federal funds may be available to support programs in Connecticut.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce state expenditures by maximizing federal funds available to support state programs.
