AN ACT STUDYING A FORTY-HOUR WORK WEEK FOR STATE EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Office of Policy and Management conduct a study of the feasibility of instituting a forty-hour work week for state employees.
Statement of Purpose:
To study the feasibility of a forty-hour work week for state employees.
