AN ACT CONCERNING SIGNAGE FOR WINERIES ON THE CONNECTICUT WINE TRAIL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 13a-124 of the general statutes be amended to allow wineries on the Connecticut Wine Trail to post a sign on a nearby highway, stating the name of the winery, a directional arrow and the mileage from the sign to the winery.

Statement of Purpose:

To assist the public in locating wineries on the Connecticut Wine Trail.
