AN ACT CONCERNING REGULATION OF FACILITY FEES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 19a-508c of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Public Health to adopt regulations to specify the types of health care services that are subject to facility fees.

Statement of Purpose:

To require the adoption of regulations concerning the health care services that are subject to facility fees.
