AN ACT DESIGNATING THOMASTON AS AN ENTERPRISE ZONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 32-70 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to designate the town of Thomaston as an enterprise zone.
Statement of Purpose:
