AN ACT REPEALING THE MUNICIPAL SPENDING CAP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal the municipal spending cap.
Statement of Purpose:
To give municipalities more flexibility in their budget-making process.
