AN ACT ELIMINATING THE SALES TAX ON TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 12-407 of the 2016 supplement to the general statutes be amended to eliminate the sales tax on temporary employment services.

Statement of Purpose:

To eliminate the sales tax on temporary employment services.
