AN ACT REQUIRING GASOLINE STATIONS TO BE EQUIPPED WITH GENERATORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require businesses that offer gasoline for retail sale to the public be equipped with generators sufficient to enable them to pump gasoline during power outages.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure gas stations will be able to continue to pump gas during power outages.
