AN ACT CONCERNING APPLICATION OF THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING LAND USE APPEALS PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to change the formula for determining the availability of the affordable housing land use appeals process to specific municipalities.
