AN ACT STREAMLINING THE PROCESS FOR OBTAINING STATE PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to streamline and consolidate the process for obtaining various permits from state agencies.
Statement of Purpose:
To streamline and consolidate the process for obtaining various permits from state agencies in order to facilitate construction projects and thereby stimulate the economy.
