AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study and make recommendations on how to prevent Connecticut residents from registering motor vehicles in another state while residing in Connecticut.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to study and make recommendations regarding the enforcement of motor vehicle registration laws.
