AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY TEXTING WHILE DRIVING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study issues concerning the use of hand-held mobile telephones and electronic devices by motor vehicle operators and to evaluate various mobile telephone applications, technologies and practices designed to prevent distracted driving.
