AN ACT CONCERNING GRANTS IN LIEU OF TAXES ON THE REAL PROPERTY OF CERTAIN HOSPITALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-20a of the general statutes be amended to include The University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington for the state grant in lieu of taxes on real property.
Statement of Purpose:
To include The University of Connecticut Health Center in the state PILOT program.
