AN ACT REQUIRING FOOD ALLERGY AWARENESS TRAINING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all restaurants in the state and their employees to receive training on food allergy awareness.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve food allergy awareness in the restaurant business.
