AN ACT CONCERNING THE POSSESSIONS OF EVICTED TENANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 47a-42 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the requirement that municipalities store the possessions of evicted tenants, and to require such tenants to be responsible for all costs associated with the transport, storage and disposition of their possessions.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the requirement that municipalities store the possessions of evicted tenants.
