AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE AREAS ON PORTIONS OF EAST MAIN STREET AND PARK AVENUE IN BRIDGEPORT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate ____ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the city of Bridgeport to build and maintain handicapped accessible areas on the 128th and 130th district portions of East Main Street and Park Avenue in said city.

Statement of Purpose:

To enable the city of Bridgeport to build and maintain handicapped accessible areas on portions of East Main Street and Park Avenue.
