AN ACT PROHIBITING MEDICAL PROCEDURES THAT MAY POTENTIALLY BLOCK A PERSON'S AIR PASSAGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit a health care provider from administering a medical procedure that could potentially result in a person's air passages being blocked.
Statement of Purpose:
