AN ACT CONCERNING OVERTIME PAY EXEMPTIONS FOR HIGHLY COMPENSATED EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-76b of the general statutes be amended to include overtime pay exemptions for highly compensated employees that mirror such exemptions under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Statement of Purpose:
