AN ACT PROHIBITING SMOKING IN PRIVATE CLUBS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-342 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit smoking in private clubs.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that the public is protected from second hand smoke in areas of private clubs which are rented for various functions.
