AN ACT REQUIRING FREE WATER AT CERTAIN EVENTS WHERE ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR IS SERVED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to require the holder of an alcoholic liquor permit to furnish free drinking water to persons attending events advertised to the general public and held on the permit premises.

Statement of Purpose:

To require free drinking water at certain events where alcohol is served.
