AN ACT CONCERNING SHARED CLEAN ENERGY FACILITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to enable the creation of shared clean energy facilities, subscriber organizations and shared clean energy facility credits.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow for the creation and use of shared clean energy facilities.
